Mr. Field is the Managing Director of TYI, LLC, a boutique portfolio strategy firm with an emphasis on developing and licensing transparency, trading and risk management information systems.  Since the mid-90s, he has been a leader in defining and implementing transparency in the financial industry with an emphasis on structured finance products.  Mr. Field designed, developed and patented a low cost information system which handles all of the complexity involved in bringing transparency about the performance of the collateral underlying each structured finance deal and the terms of the deal to all market participants.  The transparency solution involves providing easily accessible and usable daily, standardized loan level performance information over the life of each deal.  The solution can be provided for each individual asset type that has been used to support a structured finance security.  Previously, he worked as an Assistant Vice President for First Bank System and as a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board.  Mr. Field has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
